The connection between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor is loose and makes a sound.

After inspection, it was found that after the hydraulic pump was started, the pressure at the outlet of the hydraulic pump was at 0, the oil level in the oil tank was at the normal position, and the hydraulic oil was relatively clean. The hydraulic pump was further disassembled for inspection, and it was found that the hydraulic pump was a vane pump, the vane pump was normal, and the hydraulic motor rotated normally. Therefore, the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor bearings are normal. The coupling between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor is a nylon tooth coupling. Due to the long trial time of the equipment and the high adjustment of the output pressure of the hydraulic station, the meshing teeth of the coupling are damaged. When the hydraulic motor rotates, the coupling cannot transmit torque well, resulting in abnormal noise.
